Electric Motorcycle with Regenerative Braking
Senior Major Qualifying Project at WPI
For my capstone project as a mechanical engineering major, I worked with a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to develop a regenerative braking system for an electric motorcycle. I performed energy and efficiency analysis to justify the inclusion of regenerative braking system. I then designed and directed the fabrication of the drivetrain, modified bike frame, and electronics mounts.
